My Life: Soli Deo Gloria

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." ~Jeremiah 29:11-13

The Meaning of a CrossFish Life

What do think when you read or hear the term, "A CrossFish Life"? Depending on your view on life, you could easily search for some explanation to this term in your imagination. Some may have never heard of this term before. This, in fact, is a word that suddenly popped into my head when I was trying to think of a title for this blog.
I'm the type of person who could spend countless hours just trying to think of the perfect title that would describe my life in a nut shell. So, I thought about what my life is about. I would have to say that my life is summed up in that title and if you really knew me, I would hope you could say that, too. This title also comes from the symbol that I repeatly doodle in my notebook during class and can by found on numerous homework assignments. It is simply a biblical fish(icthus) with a cross through it. This brings my two favorite symbols together and forms how I define my life. The icthus symbol is a symbol for Christians, as is the cross. Who I am is this symbol. Clear enough? So, when I think of a CrossFish life, I think about if I am what this symbol is really about. Because, this is more than a symbol. This is a reminder of what is really important in life, your duty as a Christian. Please think about the meaning of the title everytime you visit this site. Am I simply doodling this AWESOME symbol or am I living a CrossFish life?
